Greg Morgan, MBA, PE

With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, Greg is the founder and driving force behind GDM Engineers. A proud Whatcom County native, Greg combines his deep regional knowledge with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in water resource management, stream restoration, infrastructure design, and environmental compliance. He has successfully led projects throughout the western United States, earning accolades for his technical expertise, precision, and commitment to excellence.

Known for his collaborative approach and focus on quality control, Greg excels in building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. His leadership ensures that every project aligns with operational goals while exceeding client expectations.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family, whether it’s hiking, camping, or exploring new places. He’s also passionate about fitness and strength training, enjoys riding his dual-sport motorcycle, flying whenever possible, and traveling abroad.
